The magnitude of Middle Country’s EPC opportunity is one of many examples of how districts, despite performing major bond issues and maintaining their buildings well, can reap extraordinary benefits through the EPC process--benefits that can only be gained through the EPC process.

Middle Country CSD will deliver, with the state building aid their EPC project will receive, over $21 million of value to their taxpayers at no cost. Instead of wasting energy, they will leverage that waste to engage in a construction project that will put people to work and greatly improve their facilities district-wide.
